The group's environmental goals are used to follow up the whole organization, and they are included in the business plans of the business areas and business units.

Environmental goals can be summarized in the

form of a number of challenges. In
manufacturing, it is a question of:

• Reducing energy consumption by 50 % per unit produced by the end of 2008 compared with 2003.
• Doubling the utilization of carbon-neutral energy by the end of 2008 compared with 2003.
• Phasing out all oil and coal used to heat facilities.
