Industrial Extended Coverage – IXC

For protection beyond the international or national limited warranty, Volvo Penta offers Industrial Extended Coverage (IXC).

IXC can cover the whole engine or just major components for up to five years or 10,000 operating hours, enabling coverage tailored to your own requirements, better predictability and added peace of mind. You can include IXC when ordering your engine or within the first 3 months after starting operations.

IXC can be ordered for coverage package of two, three or five years.

  • Camshaft and crankshaft dampers
  • Charge air cooler, oil cooler
