If you experience a breakdown, just call. The operator will support you all the way through your issue and keep you updated on its status and progress. Whenever on-site assistance or technical support is needed, the operator will put you in contact with the nearest Volvo Penta dealer with the right qualifications.
In case of a serious engine breakdown, Volvo Penta Quickline will get you up and running again – regardless of the make of engine you need to replace. Within seven days, we will deliver a custom-built engine, matched to your needs - reducing your downtime to a minimum.
For yachts powered by Volvo Penta IPS 500-650 in triple or quadruple installations or IPS 700–1350 in twin, triple or quadruple installations, we offer an exclusive, around-the-clock support program to help you get the most from your precious days on the water. There is no charge for this priority service program.
In the Oceania region, Volvo Penta headquarters is situated in Australia and provides comprehensive global service and support through an extensive network of more than 100 dealers across Australia, New Zealand, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, and Fiji.
