Key features and benefits for D13 - EU Stage II/EPA Tier 2
The D13 industrial engine is tested on the field to ensure the highest standards of durability and long life. It is well-balanced to produce vibration-free and smooth operations with high torque and low noise levels.
The D13 industrial engine is equipped with piston cooling to maintain a controlled working temperature in cylinders and combustion chambers. The off-road engine is also fitted with replaceable cylinder liners and valve seats/guides to ensure maximum durability and service life.
The D13 industrial engine’s excellent combustion and low fuel consumption are due to a state-of-the-art high-tech injection and the highly efficient charge air system with low internal losses. And an electronically controlled viscous fan drive is available, giving substantially lower noise and fuel consumption.
Easily accessible service and maintenance points simplify the engine service. As optional equipment, remote mount filters and service points are possible. The oil change intervals are up to 1000 hours.
